What you'll be doing Installing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in residential and light commercial settings. Leading a crew of installers in the field. Ordering equipment for jobs and ensuring that the team has the right materials to perform jobs. What we are looking for At least 5 years of experience as an HVAC installer Deep technical expertise in the following systems: Minisplits, Gas & Oil Furnaces, ACs, Gas & Oil Boilers, and Heat Pumps. You should feel comfortable answering questions from sales about how long an install will take and any difficult issues that might arise. Highly Organized. You will be in charge of ensuring that parts get ordered in a timely manner and that the trucks/warehouse is stocked appropriately with parts. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC certification or technical training preferred. Type II EPA Certification. Possession of a valid driver's license.
