Job Description

HVAC Technician All Mechanical is a family-oriented HVAC company serving customers throughout the area. We have built a strong reputation for quality service and long-term customer relationships, and many of our employees have been with the company for years. We are growing our team and are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, service work, repairs, replacements, and working directly with customers. The Position This is primarily a residential HVAC service position involving troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, replacement, and system upgrades. We are looking for someone who can work independently while also being part of a close-knit team. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of HVAC experience , although we will consider candidates with less experience who demonstrate the right technical skills, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Commercial HVAC experience is a plus. This position is primarily service, repair, replacement, and upgrade work-not new construction or new installation. New installation work is occasional and generally limited to select customers. Responsibilities include Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems Perform equipment replacements and system upgrades Work with furnaces, A/C systems, boilers, water heaters, hydronic/steam systems, and some geothermal equipment Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues Read and interpret electrical drawings/schematics Provide professional customer service in residential settings Complete service documentation and invoices electronically Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including occasional holidays Maintain company-provided vehicle and equipment Learn more about

Experience and Skills:

What We're Looking For Approximately 5 years of HVAC experience preferred ; candidates with less experience may be considered Residential service experience preferred; commercial experience is a plus Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to read electrical drawings Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable, professional, and customer-focused Willingness to participate in background, MVR, and drug screening Comfortable working independently in customers' homes Good communication and customer-service skills Professional appearance and dependable work habits
