Job Description
Position Overview The Embroidery and Screen Printing Specialist is responsible for the production of high-quality embroidered and screen-printed apparel and related products for Misericordia University, its departments, student organizations, athletic programs, and external customers. This position requires a highly skilled, detail-oriented production professional with demonstrated expertise in both commercial embroidery and screen printing. The Specialist will manage projects from initial preparation and machine setup through production, quality control, finishing, and delivery. The position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to produce consistent, professional results while meeting established deadlines and Misericordia University brand standards. In addition to embroidery and screen printing, the Specialist may assist with heat pressing, direct-to-film (DTF) and other transfer applications, promotional products, apparel finishing, and other production processes as needed.
