Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects. Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents. Perform quantity takeoffs and material pricing. Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and operations teams. Participate in bid reviews and project handoffs. Qualifications 3-5+ years of commercial HVAC estimating experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings. Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
