Job Description
Build your future with an established organization offering a hands-on HVAC Manager opportunity working in the commercial HVAC field throughout Chester County, PA. This position blends leadership with daily technical diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and installation work as part of a well-established in-house operation. Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Manager position include: 8-10 years of commercial HVAC experience, including 3-5 years of management experience. Supervise, train, and evaluate HVAC service technicians while coordinating departmental scheduling and materials. Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and RTUs. Install and replace pumps, pneumatic valves, electric valves, WSHPs, ERUs, and RTUs. Strong knowledge of ATC systems, controls, and energy-management software. Perform preventative maintenance checks on major mechanical equipment and assess operating efficiency. Coordinate projects with outside contractors and order and secure materials as needed. Complete required paperwork, time entry, and system requirements accurately and on time while complying with health and safety regulations.
