Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical systems, including HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance of building systems, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional service to our clients. Duties Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment to ensure reliable operation. Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; execute repairs efficiently and accurately. Install new appliances and HVAC equipment following manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Troubleshoot complex mechanical systems repair needs, including air conditioning units and refrigeration systems. Maintain detailed maintenance records, service logs, and inspection reports to track system performance and repairs. Operate company vehicles safely for on-site service calls and equipment deliveries. Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects, improve operational procedures, and uphold safety protocols. Experience Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on HVAC system repair, appliance repair, or mechanical systems maintenance. Strong knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology, schematics interpretation, and mechanical systems repair. Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems, kitchen equipment maintenance, and appliance installation. Familiarity with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) practices in commercial or industrial settings. Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately; strong mechanical knowledge is essential. Experience operating construction tools and equipment related to HVAC installation or repair projects is preferred. Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
