Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment Clean condenser coils Change equipment air filters Conduct performance tests with specialized tools and adjust system settings Identify maintenance risks on equipment Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act Other department tasks as assigned Job Requirements include...
