Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a Mobile HVAC Facilities Technician to service commercial real estate assets across the region. In this client-facing role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment, respond to service calls, and ensure reliable building operations. You'll troubleshoot complex mechanical and control issues, document work in mobile systems, and uphold strict safety and compliance standards. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial HVAC systems across multiple client properties Troubleshoot and repair rooftop units, split systems, boilers, pumps, and controls Respond to service calls, diagnose issues, and complete work orders using mobile tools Conduct routine inspections, testing, and calibration to ensure optimal system performance Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, parts used, and equipment status Follow JLL and client safety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements Coordinate with property management, vendors, and other technicians to resolve issues Provide recommendations for energy efficiency and equipment upgrades Travel within assigned territory with a company vehicle and manage inventory of tools and parts Support on-call rotations and occasional after-hours emergency response Required Skills Commercial HVAC maintenance HVAC troubleshooting and repair BAS/controls familiarity Reading blueprints and schematics Preventive maintenance scheduling Refrigeration systems knowledge EPA refrigerant handling CMMS/mobile work order systems Electrical and mechanical diagnostics Safety and regulatory compliance
