What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems — rooftop units, chillers, VAV systems, and commercial refrigeration
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance visits for commercial service contract customers
• Respond to emergency service calls across the

NJ/PA/DE

territory, including after-hours rotation as needed

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals to troubleshoot complex system issues
• Communicate findings and repair options clearly to facility managers and property owners
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time logs for each job
• Keep your service vehicle, tools, and inventory organized and job-ready

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a commercial HVAC technician
• EPA Section 608 certification (Universal preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel and work across the NJ, PA, and DE service territory
• Comfortable working at heights (rooftop units) and in mechanical rooms
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and controls systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• NATE certification
• Experience with commercial refrigeration and building automation/controls systems
• State HVAC licensure in NJ, PA, and/or DE
• Prior experience managing service contract accounts

Pay:

$60,000.00
