- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems — rooftop units, chillers, VAV systems, and commercial refrigeration
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance visits for commercial service contract customers
- Respond to emergency service calls across the
NJ/PA/DE
territory, including after-hours rotation as needed- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals to troubleshoot complex system issues
- Communicate findings and repair options clearly to facility managers and property owners
- Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time logs for each job
- Keep your service vehicle, tools, and inventory organized and job-ready
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a commercial HVAC technician
- EPA Section 608 certification (Universal preferred)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel and work across the NJ, PA, and DE service territory
- Comfortable working at heights (rooftop units) and in mechanical rooms
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and controls systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- NATE certification
- Experience with commercial refrigeration and building automation/controls systems
- State HVAC licensure in NJ, PA, and/or DE
- Prior experience managing service contract accounts
Pay:
$60,000.00- $80,000.
