ALC Legacy Group provides HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair services to residential and commercial customers across the tri-state region. We've built our reputation on technicians who show up prepared, communicate clearly with customers, and do the job right the first time.What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems — furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-up visits for residential customers
- Respond to same-day and emergency residential service calls, including after-hours rotation as needed
- Explain diagnoses, repair options, and costs clearly to homeowners so they can make informed decisions
- Recommend system replacements or upgrades when repair no longer makes sense, without overselling
- Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and invoices for each job
- Keep your service vehicle, tools, and inventory organized and job-ready
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a residential HVAC technician
- EPA Section 608 certification (Universal preferred)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel and work across the NJ, PA, and DE service territory
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Solid troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- NATE certification
- Experience with smart thermostats and modern residential controls
- State HVAC licensure in NJ, PA, and/or DE
- Experience with residential system installations, not just repair
Pay:
$50,000.00- $70,000.
