Overview We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Propane & HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This dual-role technician will install, maintain, and repair propane systems and HVAC equipment for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality service. Propane Service Duties Install and maintain propane tanks, regulators, and gas lines Diagnose and repair propane appliances (heaters, water heaters, stoves) Perform leak checks, pressure tests, and safety inspections Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot system failures Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal propane regulations Educate customers on safe usage and maintenance of propane systems HVAC Service Duties Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment Replace filters, thermostats, motors, and other components Ensure systems meet energy efficiency and safety standards General Duties Maintain accurate service records and documentation Operate company vehicles and tools safely and responsibly Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members Assist with inventory tracking and equipment management Participate in ongoing training and certification programsQualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in propane or HVAC service Valid driver's license with clean driving record CETP certification (or willingness to obtain) EPA 608 certification for HVAC (preferred) Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Embark on a rewarding career where your technical skills make a tangible difference!
