Hiring Expectations:

What We're Looking For 1-5 years of hands-on HVAC/R experience preferred EPA Certification required Strong HVAC troubleshooting and electrical fundamentals Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Comfortable using mobile devices and service software for job documentation Valid Pennsylvania driver's license Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation Willingness to travel throughout an approximately two-hour service area Dependable, coachable, and committed to quality workmanship Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment Commercial HVAC/R experience is preferred NATE Certification is a plus ServiceTitan experience is a plus Why MJ Mac Inc.?
