Responsibilities:
Teach HVAC Technologies following our accredited curriculum Conduct hands-on training in our fully equipped facility Create an engaging learning environment that promotes student growth Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback Deliver lesson plans aligned with industry standards Stay current with HVAC technologies and practices Collaborate with faculty to improve program effectiveness Prepare students for certification exams and successful careers
Requirements:
3+ years of HVAC Technician experience High school diploma/GED Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and engage students Passion for teaching and mentoring
