Description
HVAC Technician - Experienced Breeze Easy Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking a dependable, skilled professional with hands-on HVAC experience who can confidently install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling systems while providing excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
Diagnose system issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently and accurately
Install and repair ductwork, equipment, and related HVAC components
Perform system inspections, preventative maintenance, and routine service
Test HVAC systems to ensure proper and safe operation
Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate service needs and recommendations to customers
Maintain clean and organized work areas and job sites
Follow all safety procedures, industry standards, and company policies
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Work independently while collaborating with other technicians as needed
Requirements:
Previous professional HVAC installation, service, or repair experience required
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair
Proficiency with hand and power tools and HVAC-related equipment
Valid driver's license preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying outdoor conditions
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality workmanship
