Maintenance Technician :

Full-Time, Days Every 5th weekend

Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician:

Maintain campus, facilities, and equipment by utilizing a variety of building trades Utilizes work order system to manage and document completed work orders Assist with snow removal as needed Ensure safety, quality, and timeliness of completed work Conduct regular rounds checking fire extinguishers, exit signs, etc. At Pleasant View, we are committed to providing the best service to our residents and our team. Qualifications for

Maintenance Technician :

Minimum 2 years experience in building maintenance preferred. HVAC Certification required Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace. High school graduate or equivalent Valid Drivers license required
