What We're Looking For:

3+ years of commercial HVAC construction experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to complete projects on schedule and within budget Strong communication skills with customers, management, and coworkers Ability to lead, guide, and mentor less-experienced apprentices in the field Willingness to occasionally work evenings, overnight, or out of town as project needs arise; these situations are infrequent and are not a regular part of the schedule Additional Qualifications Valid Driver's License / Clean driving record Ability to travel Ability to lift 50+ lbs .
