II - HVAC
to support mission-critical facility operations in the Morrisville, PA market. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and operational support on HVAC and mechanical systems that support a high-availability data center or critical facility environment. 91E, 91C, EM, HT, MK, DC, 1161, 1341, 3E1X1 3-5 years Commercial and/or industrial HVAC experience in a hyperscale / data center environment EPA 608 Universal Certification High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment documentation Familiarity with preventative maintenance practices Basic computer proficiency Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working on commercial rooftop units Experience with HVAC controls, BAS, or BMS systems Exposure to chillers, boilers, hydronic systems, or critical cooling equipment Experience in data centers, manufacturing, healthcare, industrial facilities, or other mission-critical environments Experience supporting large-scale mechanical systems Journeyman-level progression, trade school, apprenticeship, or formal HVAC training Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, motors, pumps, controls, and related infrastructure Monitor facility systems and respond to alarms, work orders, and operational events Conduct routine facility walkthroughs to verify system performance, temperatures, humidity levels, and equipment status Support operation and maintenance of: Air Handling Units Computer Room Air Conditioning units Direct Expansion systems Chilled water systems Pumps, motors, and variable frequency drives Assist senior technicians with corrective maintenance and root cause analysis Utilize building automation and building management systems to monitor equipment and investigate operational issues Complete work documentation and maintenance records in the computerized maintenance management system Support vendor activities and scheduled maintenance events Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, SDS, PPE, and site-specific protocols Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining operational awareness Support emergency response activities as needed in a live critical facility environment
