Job Description
Keep Systems Running. Keep Projects Moving. Keep Quality First. RSR Electric is looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our growing Mechanical Division. In this role, you'll install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems — ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. If you take pride in precision work, thrive in the field, and enjoy solving problems hands-on, RSR wants to hear from you. What You'll Do Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to execute accurate installations. Diagnose system issues and perform repairs or replacements as needed. Conduct preventative maintenance to keep systems performing at peak efficiency. Test and calibrate HVAC components to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Troubleshoot complex issues and assist less experienced technicians with guidance and support. Ensure full compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. Complete service reports, maintenance logs, and other required documentation. Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other field staff to meet project goals and timelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area. What You Bring 3+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC or plumbing experience. Solid understanding of HVAC systems, installation, and repair practices. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation. Commitment to jobsite safety and quality craftsmanship. Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Why Join RSR Electric?
