Job Description

E.J. Harrold, Inc., a respected family owned and operated business based in Newtown Square, PA, invites applications from skilled HVAC Technicians to join our team. The job will pay $25.00
  • $40.
00/hr. depending on experience. Operating within a 10-mile radius of Newtown Square, we specialize in delivering reliable heating oil, along with expert heating and cooling service to homeowners with oil, gas, and heat pumps. With over six decades of industry expertise, E.J. Harrold, Inc. is renowned for its commitment to excellence in providing a wide range of home comfort services, encompassing system installations and meticulous maintenance. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential HVAC systems, mostly with oil equipment.
  • Proficiently read wiring diagrams and schematic drawings.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while representing the E.J. Harrold brand.
  • Demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Work efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Participate in weekend on-call rotation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of HVAC experience, preferably with some interaction with oil equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical school education is a plus.
  • EPA certification required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must pass drug test and background check.
  • Physical ability to climb ladders up to 20 feet, carry heavy equipment, and perform tasks in various environments (heights, confined spaces, etc.
).
