Our client, a leading facilities management and building services organization, is seeking a Mobile Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile Engineer, you will be part of the Facilities Operations team supporting multiple commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent time management, and a safety-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

$ 35-37/hr What's the Job? Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. Travel between multiple facilities to ensure building systems are operating efficiently and safely. Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, calibrations, and equipment adjustments. Manage inventory, purchasing, contractor oversight, and maintenance documentation. Monitor and maintain compliance with safety standards, hazardous material procedures, and facility policies. What's Needed? High School Diploma or equivalent. 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems with troubleshooting experience. EPA 608 Type II Certification and a valid driver's license. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and computerized maintenance systems. What's in it for me?
