Certification EPA Certification Full Job Description We are hiring - HVAC Service & Installation Technician Apprentice We will teach you everything that is listed below, we are looking for humble and dedicated personnel to add to our strong team. We will want you to be indepenent in as an installer in 3 months and as a service tech in 9 months. The goal is to make you a service tech like the one listed below at which point and time your compensation will be reevaluated. Lehigh HVAC is hiring a residential HVAC service technician who can operate independently to complete daily residential service calls, project coordination and installation. This role will focus strictly on the residential side of the HVAC service world, which includes, but is not limited to; heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, straight ACs and split systems. We are working to expand our team of HVAC technicians. Currently, we are looking for a candidate who has prior experience of being able to operate on their own based on the schedule provided by their assigned dispatcher. The role will entail installation & servicing of residential & light commercial HVAC systems . The technician must be able to complete their work in a timely, organized manner; good communication skills are a huge plus point.

Responsibilities:

Take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of work. Self-motivated and reliable. Ability to perform with no supervision is KEY! Prior experience in the HVAC trade;

SERVICE & INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!

Ability to speak and understand English. Clear understanding, trouble shooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems, split systems, heat pumps, boilers, and ductless split systems.

CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY!

A helper will be provided on the days of installation. Driving to the company warehouse to then operate company van, all tools and expenses are provided The Candidate must be: Schedule will be Monday through Friday (8 am to 5pm). Able to complete daily service calls, collect payments if necessary and return to service advisor daily. Must be able to operate a van on their own (Lehigh HVAC will provide the van & tools & uniform).
