You'll work across a variety of commercial, industrial and medical facilities, diagnosing, servicing and repairing HVAC and refrigeration equipment while also evaluating mechanical and controls systems and helping clients identify effective solutions. This role would suit a Commercial HVAC Technician looking for strong earning potential, technical variety and long-term development with an established company that values its people. The Role Diagnose, service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, package units and split systems. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and evaluate mechanical and controls systems to identify opportunities for improved performance. Work directly with clients to provide creative and technically effective solutions, with consideration for the financial impact of recommendations. Receive a structured 30-60-90 day development plan, including shadowing, workshops, education and support from senior team members. The Candidate Proven hands-on HVAC/Refrigeration experience, ideally within commercial, industrial or similar environments. Universal EPA Refrigeration Certification and a College/Technician Degree in HVAC/Refrigeration or equivalent technical experience. Strong ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, service and repair commercial HVAC equipment, with solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
