Residential HVAC Installer Location:
Pottstown, PA Pay Range:
Up to $40/hour + Bonuses! Top performers earn $100,000+ annually.
Schedule:
Full-Time | Four 10-Hour Shifts Per Week | Regular Three-Day Weekends! Growing company with a strong pipeline of work Opportunities to advance into lead and leadership positions Long-term career development and skill growth Team-oriented culture with supportive management Modern tools, equipment, and technology Consistent year-round employment Benefits and Perks 50% company-paid medical insurance for the employee and up to 2 dependents IRA with 3% company match 7 Paid holidays annually 10 days PTO from start, with additional PTO granted based on experience Company take-home vehicle within 30 days of hire Company phone and iPad Professional uniforms with laundering service Performance-based bonus opportunities Primary Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems and related equipment Complete installations with attention to quality and detail Verify proper system operation and performance Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices Support and mentor less experienced installers Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers Required Qualifications Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred EPA Universal certification Strong understanding of residential duct systems and equipment sizing Experience with furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and refrigerant systems Knowledge of residential building codes and installation standards Familiarity with low-voltage controls and system commissioning Ability to train and guide junior team members NATE Installation Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within one year)
