We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose equipment, complete repairs, and provide homeowners with a professional service experience. Your Day-to-Day You'll be the expert homeowners rely on when their heating or cooling system isn't working properly.

Your responsibilities will include:

Troubleshoot residential HVAC systems and accurately identify equipment problems. Complete repairs and service work efficiently and according to quality standards. Perform scheduled maintenance and help customers keep their systems operating reliably. Explain equipment issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations in a way homeowners can easily understand. Document completed work and communicate effectively with the office team. Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude while working inside customers' homes. Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to provide an excellent overall customer experience. Your Earning Potential This is more than a standard hourly service position. Technicians who consistently perform at a high level can reach $120,000

• 130,000 in annual earnings through a combination of hourly pay and performance incentives.

Compensation includes:
