Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and professional Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team! In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling and systems in homes.

Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems including gas furnaces, air conditioning units, heat pumps, and boilers. Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations of HVAC equipment with precision and efficiency Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to ensure proper system setup and repairs Maintain detailed service records, including reports on equipment condition and work performed Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes while providing exceptional customer service Qualifications Proven 5 years experience as a service technician in HVAC Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to solve and diagnose problems as needed for our customers. Great communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record EPA License Join us to be part of a team that values integrity, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction. Compensation includes competitve hourly wage (based on experience). Plus profit sharing per job basis. PTO (Paid time off), health insurance, dental & vision insurance are available after 90 days.
