is looking for a motivated HVAC Install Apprentice to join our growing team in Roseto, PA! This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in the trades, learning hands-on from experienced HVAC professionals in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead technicians with the installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems Help with the installation of ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical connections Transport, stage, and organize tools, equipment, and materials on job sites Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on all job sites Support the team with equipment startups, testing, and quality checks Communicate professionally with team members and customers

Requirements:

Entry-level applicants welcome — prior HVAC or trades experience is a plus Willingness to learn and grow within the HVAC trade Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions High school diploma or GED preferred
