HVAC Technician -

Full-Time Service Area:

Center, Clinton, Lycoming, Northumberland, Montour, and Union Counties We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HVAC Technician to join our team and support our growing service area. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a customer-first mindset, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues Perform routine and emergency maintenance Identify and communicate potential equipment risks to customers Recommend system replacements when necessary and coordinate with sales staff Complete warranty and preventive maintenance services Maintain accurate service records and logs Participate in a 24-hour call rotation Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards Provide excellent customer service and answer questions professionally

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED; technical school training preferred EPA certification required Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints Working knowledge of boiler systems a plus Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Availability for after-hours and emergency service calls If you are a skilled HVAC Technician looking to join a reliable and customer-focused team, apply today!
