Job Description We are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HVAC experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Install, service, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. Troubleshoot and repair boilers, oil furnaces, and air conditioning units. Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system tune-ups. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend solutions. Communicate repairs and maintenance needs with customers. Complete service documentation and follow all safety standards. Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of HVAC service and installation experience. Experience troubleshooting HVAC, boiler, furnace, and AC systems. Ability to read blueprints and use mechanical and hand tools. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Work Environment Work throughout Center City, Delaware County, and Montgomery County on a mix of commercial (75%) and residential (25%) service calls. Technicians handle 3-5 calls daily and receive hands-on training before being assigned a company vehicle. Standard hours are 7:30 AM-4:30 PM with an on-call rotation every six weeks. Work may be performed in varying weather conditions and temperatures. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sharon Hill, PA.
