Hiring Expectations:

Job requirements 6+ years of HVAC service experience preferred, primarily in residential HVAC Light commercial HVAC experience is a plus EPA Certification required Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Working knowledge of HVAC mechanical and electrical systems Ability to diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling equipment Ability to communicate HVAC findings and service options clearly and professionally with customers Experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Zip Solutions, or comparable field service software Comfortable working with service KPIs, including average ticket, close rate, and calls per day Valid driver's license Ability to independently manage a full HVAC service route Availability to work rotating Saturdays Commitment to accurate documentation, organized work, quality repairs, and professional customer service Affordable Fixes is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
