Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems Diagnose and service heating systems including boilers, furnaces, and heat pumps Perform HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs on air conditioning units Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing and HVAC equipment Respond to service calls and troubleshoot system issues efficiently Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and regulations Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs and recommendations

Requirements:

Prior experience in plumbing, heating, and/or HVAC/AC systems Relevant trade certifications or licenses preferred (e.g., EPA 608, plumbing license) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple trade disciplines Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
