A&B Heating & Sheet Metal is a well-established heating and cooling contractor in Warren, PA, and we're looking for a hardworking HVAC Installer to join our crew — no experience necessary, we'll train you. Job Description This is a full-time position. As an HVAC Installer, you'll install new heating and cooling systems and equipment for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Core responsibilities include:

✓ Installing furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, ductless/mini-split systems, and related HVAC equipment ✓ Fabricating, running, and connecting ductwork to plans and specifications ✓ Reading blueprints and job specs to plan and execute installations ✓ Connecting electrical, refrigerant, and venting components to manufacturer and code requirements ✓ Performing system startup, testing, and commissioning ✓ Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe Requirements ✓ No HVAC experience required — we'll train the right candidate and cover the cost of required certifications ✓ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ✓ Willingness to learn ductwork layout, installation techniques, and equipment operation ✓ Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and other tight or elevated spaces ✓ Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment ✓ Strong work ethic and reliability ✓ Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team Benefits ✓ Competitive pay, commensurate with experience ✓ Paid training and certification (EPA Section 608 and beyond) ✓ Health insurance ✓ Retirement plan with matching contributions ✓ Quarterly performance incentive program ✓ Commission opportunities ✓ Ongoing training and professional development ✓ Supportive, collaborative work environment ✓ Career advancement opportunities Apply Now!
