Brandywine Services is looking for a Junior HVAC Technician to join our team and learn the HVAC side from pros who've been keeping homes warm, cool, and comfortable for years. What you'll do: Ride along with experienced techs on installs, repairs, and maintenance calls Learn the ins and outs of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems Get hands-on training (real skill-building, not just fetching tools) Work toward your HVAC certifications with our support What we're looking for: Mechanical background required — HVAC experience preferred, but other hands-on trades (auto, industrial, general repair) count too Prior work experience or a proven track record of mechanical/hands-on work — this isn't a first job Must be 21+ (federal DOT rules require drivers to be 21 to cross state lines for commercial work) Reliable, on time, and ready to show up Valid driver's license
