Depending on the role, qualifications may include: Relevant plumbing, HVAC, commercial installation, service, or crew leadership experience Ability to troubleshoot plumbing or HVAC issues and recommend appropriate solutions Ability to effectively use field technology, including tablets, smartphones, mobile apps, digital work orders, and time/materials documentation Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, specifications, or job information, depending on the role Journeyman's license required for Plumbing Foreman and preferred for certain plumbing roles EPA certification preferred for HVAC Service Technician Valid driver's license Strong communication and customer service skills Commitment to safety, quality, professionalism, accountability, and teamwork Ability to meet Act 34 and Act 151 background check requirements, as well as FBI clearance requirements for work in schools or daycares, when applicable
