Job Description

The Westover Companies is a family-owned and operated property management company. We are located in the King of Prussia area and have operated for over fifty years with the purpose of providing quality living, shopping and working space for residents and customers. The HVAC Mechanical Specialist will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical system. This position will be based out of Montgomery County but will need to travel the tri-state area as well. $1000 SIGN

No On-Call Key Responsibilities :
Assist in servicing and maintaining boilers and related equipment. Change and install commercial water heaters and indirect storage tanks. Replace corroded piping and old isolation valves to maintain system integrity. Safely change and install gas lines on mechanical equipment. Diagnose and assist in resolving mechanical equipment failures. Follow the International Mechanical Code and company standards during all tasks. Adhere to strict safety protocols, including proper handling of heavy equipment. Move and position storage tanks safely using approved methods. Collaborate with the HVAC division when required for cross-functional tasks. Follow directions from the immediate supervisor and work effectively within a team.
Qualifications :
Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines. Basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools. Physical capability to lift and move heavy equipment safely. Willingness to learn and adapt to various mechanical and HVAC tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Reliable work ethic and dependable transportation; must maintain valid driver's license and working vehicle
