Key Responsibilities Work with a team of HVAC technicians on service and installation projects. Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems , including forced air and hydronic heating systems. Oversee HVAC system installations and ensure compliance with industry standards. Perform advanced troubleshooting and critical problem-solving for complex HVAC issues. Ensure high-quality workmanship and maintain strong customer relationships . Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company. Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Complete detailed work orders, documentation, and communicate findings to supervisors and customers. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC. Expertise in both service and installation of HVAC systems. EPA Universal Certification (required). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and mentor junior technicians. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
