Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Commercial HVAC Installer Lead and take charge of installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial properties. In this energetic leadership role, you will oversee installation projects, coordinate field service activities, and ensure that all work meets safety standards and client specifications. Your mechanical expertise and hands-on experience will drive successful project completion while mentoring junior technicians. Duties Lead and supervise commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality execution. Read and interpret schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical drawings to accurately install systems. Coordinate with team members to ensure proper use of tools. Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, building codes, and industry standards while maintaining a clean work environment. Assist in training junior technicians on HVAC installations Experience Proven experience in the construction of the HVAC industry with a focus on commercial systems. Strong mechanical knowledge, including familiarity with schematics and HVAC design principles. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers preferred for transporting tools or equipment. Our work is mostly in fast food restaurants. The ideal candidate will be able to be the lead installer on new construction jobs.
