This role is ideal for a hands-on HVAC technician with strong service, troubleshooting, and maintenance experience who is looking for long-term career growth, continued training, and exposure to larger applied HVAC equipment, including chillers. Responsibilities Service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and chiller systems Work on equipment including chillers, AHUs, RTUs, fan coils, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, ventilation systems, and related mechanical equipment Diagnose electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical issues using schematics, gauges, meters, and diagnostic tools Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, service calls, and operational testing Complete repairs, component replacements, brazing, pipefitting, and minor welding as needed Support customers on-site while maintaining strong communication and professionalism Work in critical facility and data center environments while following safety procedures Maintain accurate service documentation, work orders, time reports, and parts usage Drive company vehicle to customer sites throughout the region Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on chiller experience required 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred Strong troubleshooting ability across electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical systems Experience working in data centers or critical environments is highly advantageous Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools Valid driver's license with a clean driving record EPA Universal Certification preferred Strong communication skills and customer-facing professionalism Ability to work independently in the field and maintain high safety standards
