Summary:

In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of heating and cooling systems in commercial buildings throughout Southampton. You'll diagnose and repair a variety of equipment, from cooling towers and pumps to RTUs, split systems, and more. Multiple positions open! We are a non-Union shop, a quality company in business for over 30 years!

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Compensation to $60 per hour ($125,000 per year) with overtime available

• 20+ years of experience preferred
• Oversee crew Response to service calls for repairs in commercial buildings in Southampton area for Maintenance, Repairs, & Installations
• Act as Field Supervisor for multiple locations and crews
• Diagnose mechanical & electrical malfunctions
• Oversee the installation, replacement or repair equipment including calibrating thermostatic controls, worn/malfunctioning parts including but not limited to motors, compressors, coils, contactors, transformers, etc.
• Establish & maintain effective relationships with customers and their employees
• Working knowledge of wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Prioritize safety procedures and adhere to company policies
• Ability to lead / Manage multiple crews at the same time at different locations
• Preventive maintenance proficiency
• Experience in RTU's, DX split systems, SCAV units, Boilers, Ductless splits, Chillers, Cooling towers, water / air source heat pumps, VRF Systems, etc.
• EPA Universal Certification
• Clean driving record
