Legend Air Conditioning & Heating is looking for an experienced Dispatcher / Install Coordinator to join our growing North Dallas HVAC company. This role is primarily responsible for dispatching technicians and coordinating sold work from scheduling through completion . Customer service is also part of the position, but the main focus is keeping field operations organized, jobs prepared, and customers taken care of. Required Experience Minimum 2 years of HVAC dispatch or install coordination experience Hands-on ServiceTitan experience required HVAC or home-service industry experience strongly preferred Responsibilities Manage the daily ServiceTitan dispatch board Schedule and dispatch service and repair technicians Adjust schedules based on urgency, location, skill set, and availability Schedule sold installations, return repairs, and follow-up work Verify job documentation is complete and accurate Coordinate with the warehouse regarding jobs, equipment, and materials Order and track parts and equipment as needed Coordinate permits and required documentation Make sure jobs are properly prepared before crews are dispatched Track outstanding jobs, parts, return visits, and incomplete work through completion Keep accurate notes and job statuses in ServiceTitan Communicate with customers, technicians, installers, warehouse staff, vendors, and leadership Who We're Looking For We are looking for A players with a growth mindset, people who take ownership, move with urgency, solve problems, and want to help build a great company.
