Responsibilities:
- Remotely support installation of HVAC equipment and controls
- Work with third party field technicians to remotely diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical systems and controls equipment defects/malfunctions
- Commission systems after installation
- Remote support and review of site audits for new install projects
- Other duties as assigned.
- Opportunity for some travel as needed but most work will be performed remotely from the office.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong background in commercial HVAC systems (4+ years)
- Controls Experience preferred
- Good Computer Skills - Microsoft and Google Office Suites
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Works well in a team environment but able to work independently as well' #BWC1
