This position is ideal for both experienced technicians and hardworking individuals with construction experience who are ready to learn a specialized trade. Our team travels nationwide completing commercial installation, refurbishment, and restoration projects involving walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, doors, full remodels and other facility upgrades. Projects are completed in restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, and food service facilities across the country. If you enjoy hands-on work, travel, solving real problems, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, this is an excellent career opportunity. What You'll Do Travel to job sites across the United States to complete customer-specific scopes of work Install, repair, refurbish, and restore commercial walk-in coolers, freezers, doors, and related systems Complete projects safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards Take job site photos, notes, and reports for project documentation Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and office staff Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment as needed Maintain an organized company vehicle, trailer, or job setup Troubleshoot field issues and help find practical solutions on site What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on construction experience preferred Experience with walk-in coolers/freezers, installation, repair, remodels, or refurbishment is a major plus Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or related skilled trades is highly preferred and may qualify for higher starting pay based on experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willingness to travel nationwide regularly (80 to 100% travel depending on schedule) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Able to lift 50+ lbs and work from ladders, lifts, or scaffolding Reliable transportation to airport, office, or designated meeting point when needed High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Experience Traveling construction or field service experience Door installation and hardware replacement Basic electrical troubleshooting Basic refrigeration knowledge Plumbing installation, repairs, or troubleshooting Customer-facing service experience Why Join Us?
