Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (fair and manageable on-call rotation) Your Role Diagnose, maintain, and repair a broad range of residential heating and cooling systems Provide excellent customer service with honest, straightforward recommendations Work independently with full backing from an experienced support team Share insights with the Service Manager regarding training, inventory, and pricing What You Bring Active Rhode Island Journeyman HVAC License (PJ2 and/or RJ2) 5+ years of hands-on residential HVAC experience Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Clean, insurable driving record Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints Solid experience evaluating repair vs. replacement options Strong communication skills and interest in taking on leadership responsibilities Knowledge of basic sheet metal work and air balancing Universal EPA Certification Familiarity with leading brands (Trane, Carrier, Rheem, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Viessmann, Burnham, York, Goodman, Lennox, etc.) If you're a dependable, skilled professional looking for competitive pay, outstanding benefits, steady year-round work, and a company that genuinely invests in you, we want to hear from you.
