Performance Bonuses:

Competitive base pay based on experience. Weekly performance pay with unlimited earning potential that increases both your regular hourly rate and overtime rate based on weekly performance. 2% commission on technician-generated replacement leads that result in equipment sales. Top-performing technicians have the opportunity to earn well into six figures annually.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician with a residential service company (additional experience is strongly preferred). EPA Certification is required. NATE Certification is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience using ServiceTitan is highly preferred but not required. Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment. Strong work ethic with a commitment to honesty, professionalism, and doing things the right way.

Core Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Perform preventative maintenance, service calls, and system inspections. Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, control, and mechanical system issues. Clearly explain repair recommendations and available solutions to homeowners with honesty and professionalism. Identify equipment replacement opportunities and generate qualified replacement leads. Complete accurate service documentation, estimates, and invoices using ServiceTitan. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company service vehicle. Follow all company safety standards, EPA regulations, and industry best practices. Participate in the rotating on-call schedule as needed. Collaborate with dispatchers, installers, and fellow technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
