We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Installation Field Manager to oversee our field operations, support our installation teams, and deliver top-tier service to our residential and commercial clients. Position Summary As the HVAC Installation Field Manager, you will lead our installation operations from start to finish. You'll manage daily crew schedules, ensure installers have the tools and materials needed to succeed, and serve as the main point of contact for customer quality assurance. This is an active, field-based role perfect for a strong leader who takes pride in high installation standards and total customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate Install Crews:

Plan, schedule, and assign daily job sites to installation teams, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project completions.

Material & Job Support:

Supply crews with necessary equipment, materials, and field support to prevent delays and keep projects moving smoothly.

Quality & Safety Assurance:

Inspect work in progress and completed installations to ensure compliance with company standards, manufacturer specs, and safety codes.

Ensure Customer Satisfaction:

Perform final walkthroughs with clients, address any questions or concerns promptly, and ensure a smooth, professional experience.

Team Leadership:

Mentor installers, troubleshoot technical field challenges, and maintain accountability across all install projects. Qualifications Strong background and hands-on experience in commercial HVAC installation (2 years). Proven leadership capabilities with experience supervising or leading field crews. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to commute across the local Easley and Upstate SC area daily.

Requirements Education:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Technical Skills:

Commercial duct experience (2+ years)

Communication:

Exceptional verbal communication skills—must possess a friendly, professional demeanor.

Leadership & Firmness:

Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to manage technician accountability.

Local:

Ability to commute reliably to our Easley, SC office.
