• Install, maintain, and repair residential and light-commercial HVAC systems in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment, diagnose faults, and recommend effective solutions that restore reliable performance.
• Communicate courteously with customers, explain completed work clearly, and share practical maintenance guidance.
• Complete work orders, document service details, and keep dispatch and management informed of progress.
• Participate in training and team meetings to stay current with industry best practices and emerging technology. Qualifications
• At least six years of hands-on HVAC experience.
• Valid EPA Type II or Universal certification; NATE certification is preferred.
• Clean background check and a good driving record.
• Ability to work independently with honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Compensation and Benefits
