What You'll Do Installation:

Air conditioners Heat pumps Furnaces Air handlers Ductwork and airflow adjustments Thermostats and controls Refrigerant, electrical, and low-voltage connections System start-up, testing, and commissioning You'll also: Protect customer homes and keep job sites clean Communicate professionally with homeowners Verify systems are operating correctly before leaving Follow manufacturer specs and company standards What We're Looking For Residential HVAC installation experience Strong understanding of HVAC systems (refrigeration, electrical, airflow) Ability to read install manuals and specs Strong attention to detail and workmanship Valid driver's license Professional attitude and communication skills Physical Requirements Work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces Lift up to 75 lbs Climb ladders and work at heights Work in heat, cold, and humidity What We Expect Do it right the first time No shortcuts or rushed installs Take ownership of your work Keep job sites clean Respect customers and teammates Speak up when something isn't right Follow install standards every time What We Offer $20-$35/hour based on experience Health, dental, vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off + holidays Company vehicle (qualified installers) Uniforms provided Training and advancement opportunities Why Work Here At My Three Sons Heating & Air, you'll be part of a team that values: Quality installations Respect for your trade A stable, family-style work environment Real opportunities to grow into lead roles
