What You'll Do You'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including: Air conditioners & heat pumps Furnaces & air handlers Electrical and low-voltage components Thermostats and controls Condensate and drainage systems Ductwork and airflow issues Indoor air quality equipment Your day-to-day work will include: Diagnose HVAC problems accurately and determine the root cause Perform residential HVAC repairs and maintenance Troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, airflow, and control issues Explain findings and repair options clearly to homeowners Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications and company standards Verify systems are operating properly before leaving Keep customers informed throughout the service call Protect customer homes and leave work areas clean Complete service documentation accurately Identify systems that may require replacement and communicate those findings professionally What We're Looking For Residential HVAC service experience Strong understanding of HVAC systems (refrigeration, electrical, airflow) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Strong attention to detail and workmanship Valid driver's license Professional attitude and communication skills Physical Requirements Work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces Lift up to 75 lbs Climb ladders and work at heights Work in heat, cold, and humidity What We Expect Do it right the first time No shortcuts or cutting corners Take ownership of your work Keep work areas clean Respect customers and teammates Speak up when something isn't right Follow company standards every time What We Offer $25-$35/hour based on experience Health, dental, vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off + holidays Company vehicle (qualified installers) Uniforms provided Training and advancement opportunities Why Work Here At My Three Sons Heating & Air, you'll be part of a team that values: Quality service Respect for your trade A stable, family-style work environment Real opportunities to grow into lead roles
