HVAC Service Technician:

Residential service and maintenance $8,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates

Pay:

$31.00 - $40.00 per hour - depending on experience +

Spiffs Hours:

Monday through Friday with available overtime

What You'll Be Doing:

Servicing and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Providing expert customer service and consulting on repairs and replacements. Staying sharp with ongoing training and certification opportunities. Taking advantage of overtime availability for additional earnings.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of residential HVAC service experience. EPA Certification and knowledge of Superheat and Subcooling. Ability to diagnose and make repair/replace decisions. Ability to acquire Mechanical license within 2 years of employment. Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices. Strong customer service skills and a passion for quality work. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
