Pay Rate:

$16-$18

Position Summary:

You'll work alongside experienced technicians and installers and develop the skills needed to become a professional HVAC Installer. This role is responsible for aiding in installing heating and air conditioning systems in accordance with company standards while delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with tools Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused Able to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to lift up to 100lbs and work on ladders/heights Willing to invest time in training and career development Professional appearance and positive attitude Must obtain EPA certification within one (1) year
