Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer and a helper (Commercial & Residential) to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing installations of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The ideal candidates will have experience in HVAC and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Salary negotiable, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.
• Conduct service calls to diagnose and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Install and replace HVAC systems, (Commercial or Residential) including ductwork, vents, and other components.
• Use a variety of tools, including an ohmmeter, to ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems. Technician should have his own basic set of tools.
• Read and interpret schematics to perform repairs and installations.
• Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Drive a van to job sites and transport equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and developments in the HVAC industry.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and principles, Commercial and or Residential.
• Ability to generally follow schematics and management instructions.
• Experience with equipment maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to build and repair equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment.
• EPA Certified, a plus The successful candidates will be a skilled and motivated individual who is committed to providing top-notch service to our customers.
